My wife jus got a new iPhone 4 and it dosent have FaceTime.....is it on the updated 4.2.8? Hers came with 4.2.7

All iPhone 4's have FaceTime. You will need to activate it in the settings...

I don't have a FaceTime app like n my iPad 2...and I don't see anything In settings about FaceTime either

Once a phone call is in progress there's an option on the display panel to connect Facetime. Both parties have to be on a wireless connection to do it - you can't be on 3G.

The only way you can be on 3G and use FaceTime is jailbreak the phone. There are programs that will allow FaceTime on 3G.

Use skype. U can use it over 3G an it seems faster. IMO
