Facetime doesnt work for me on ios 7

Hi guys,

I got an iPhone 4S and everytime I initiate or receive a FaceTime, it says "call failed". My family can FaceTime each other no problem on ios 7 and they both have iphone 5's but I can't FaceTime them

Anyone got suggestions to this problem?

Is your phone connected to Wi-Fi?

When I first got ios7 on my 4 ft didn't work either but now it does

Yes I am connected to the wifi.

Try signing out of your AppleID in Facetime, hard resetting after, re-enter your credentials and see if it resolves it.

If the device is upgraded rather than restored to iOS 7, I'd suggest backing up and restoring the device to iOS 7. I had the same issue on my 4S and a restore fixed it.
