Is it possible that, i can connect the internet to my pc throw iphone 4 and also need help regarding the bluetooth facity on my iphone 4 to send & recieve files from other devices like Nokia, Samsung etc... Please need help

Yes you can connect your PC to your iPhone 4... it's refered to as "Tethering". You can pay your carrier for a Tethering package... or you can Jailbreak and download a tweak that will trick your carrier into not knowing that you're doing so. As far as sending or receiving files via bluetooth... sorry, this isn't possible w/ the iPhone.
