fixing email

i have a 5s working perfectly
in spite of this i have problems determining my email address how is working on my comp.
my server is orange israel
my question :
what must i write as pop host provider and smtp outgoing mail

please can you give the correct way in order to accomplish this

Typically these settings will be one of the following. You can try them and see what works. In these examples replace "orangeisrael" with the actual domain name of your provider.

mail.orangeisrael.com (for both incoming and outgoing)

pop.orangeisrael.com
smtp.orangeisrael.com

pop-server.orangeisrael.com
smtp-server.orangeisrael.com

However, the best solution would be to contact your provider and just ask them what the mail server names are.
