Flashing light

Each time I had a call, the camera flash light will be flashing as the call is ringing. Same thing happens whenever a new mail stream in. Can someone help me how to stop this flash light. I think the flash light is used when taking a picture. Else, I have been my 4s which I bought 6 months ago.

Settings App --> General --> Accessibility --> Turn off "LED Flash for Alerts"
