focus app that can not be overidden

on my macbook i have an app called focus that blocks social media apps, and when i turn it on for a certain amount of time, there is no way i can access those apps.

the iphone has similar apps but I can not find one that can not be overidden by simply providing a password or uninstalling the app. Does such an app exist?

You won’t find an app like that in the App Store as it would violate the app sandboxing requirements. iOS apps are not allowed to interfere with each other in that manner.
