Forum Viewing App

[Dangerously Dreaming]

There is ForumRunner and Tapatalk but I want to brand my own as I hate paying for something I have no control over updates. Anyway, I'm wondering if those apps are just tabbed apps or if anyone can give me suggestions for creating a forum app.
