Free apps with iphone 5s

Hi, just got my iPhone 5s yesterday The keynote had mentioned free pages, numbers, and keynote with a new iPhone. However, they still cost money in the App Store. Any ideas? Does anyone know which apps should be free?

The iCloud.com page still shows those three in Beta status. My guess is they are waiting to make them free once the web version of the code is 100%. But that is only a guess.
