Can you define "All reset". Not sure what the problem is and why you listed all the extra information.

If you reset your iPhone via settings, you pretty much just screwed your device over. It would help to tell us whether or not you can go into DFU or recovery mode, or if it's looping or whichever screen you're sitting on at the moment
