Getting Movie I Can't See!

Whenever someone sends me a movie on text message I can't hardly see it. Not Clear at all.

How do I change that?

This depend on a lot of factors, with which phone the video was made on? how was the video send to you? I mean is it MMS on 3G or wifi? if you receive the video from an iPhone user, and depend on the network 3G or Wifi; the video will anyway go through a kind of compression causing the video to lose quality, i do not know much about other phones options on sending videos via messages.
