Getting unlocked in Europe

I'll be traveling to Europe next week. I go fairly often. Do you think a mobile phone shop could unlock my iP4 so I can use a local microsim when I travel over there? It's already Jailbroken if that means anything.

Or, maybe I should have them do it to my old 3g and use that for my Europe and not unlock my iP4.

If your Jailbreaked then just install Ultrasn0w from Cydia... then get a european microsim. Problem solved.
