lolo Burn - Cardio is a fitness training app for the iPhone/iPod touch/iPad that combines the use of tempo-shifted music with expert coaching to motivate you on your workout programme. The app has already been singled out by Apple for its New & Noteworthy Health & Fitness pick for the week of August 11th.
lolo Burn - Cardio differs from other fitness training apps in that the user can change the tempo of the music to match their stride while the pitch of the music stays the same. Heres Jarom Lee, President of lolo, talking about that aspect of the app:
"No longer will you have to listen to chipmunk music. You can set the intensity of your workout on-the-fly and your entire playlist will play through at the correct tempo."
The app features 36 progressive training routines for beginners through to experts. The trainers voice guides you throughout your workout, and you can change intensity or jump to any point in the workout whenever you want without stopping or resetting your workout.
