GoDaddy email via IMAP. How fast do your new emails come in?

Hi!

It's my first time posting here. Has anyone tried using a GoDaddy IMAP account with an iPhone 5?

If so, what sort of sync rates are you getting? I.e. how quickly do emails get sent to your phone after landing in your inbox? Pretty much instantly? 5-10 minute delay? Less/ more?
