I'm looking for some iphone developers, and I don't know where to start...I have my places for every other tech it seems but iPhone. Any recommendations on where I can find some "off shore" developers? I have an app that is already built and in production but I need some new people to make minor changes.

You could also try the developer forums. https://devforums.apple.com/index.jspa
Both websites require you to sign in with your developer ID and password.
