Finally got an iPhone 6. Got the space gray in 64 GB. What a difference from the 4s. Put it in an Otterbox commuter and not bulky at all.

That's the exact model I bought, but mine is in an Otterbox Symmetry case. Yes, it's a huge step up from my iPhone 5. Congrats!
