greenpoison update ??

hi,im running 4.0 firmware & jailbroken & factory unlocked,i want to update to 4.1 firmware how do i do this ? do i just update to 4.1 through itunes then put the greenpoison jailbreak on ?? any help would be appreciated

thanks for that,do i need to save my shsh again with tiny umbrella ? and am i going to see an improvement if i do this firmware change ? cause my iphone is running good at the moment
