gun bros creating game center account question, level 109

So i have been on deployment for around 9 months, every day i have been playing gun bros, i am now level 109, with around 1,000,000+ coins. best guns and armor. my question is that if i make a game center account will i lose my progress? will i have to start over? i am willing to give my game center account to anyone that needs it if i can get some help on this question. I played till revolution III on 1st planet, decided to login to game center so I can access higher level refineries.
Now I am stuck with a reset- gun bros back to zero.

Any ideas how I can recover the previous game and link it to my game center?
