Has anyone got experience with either Mailtones or eNotify

I have searched this site for information regarding email notification for specific emails. I am aware that the iPhone 4 does not allow for this however I have come across a couple of apps that may work and would be interested in feedback. Mailtones and eNotify sound promising particularly the latter which does not require you to send copies of your email offsite. All opinions gratefully received.
