HD Voice on iPhone 5

Fellow iphone lovers, here is the deal. According to this article, HD Voice won't be available in the US. And in Canada, Bell Canada says "The iPhone 5 is also HD Voice capable – and Bell is the only nationwide carrier to offer HD Voice, which provides the clearest call quality available."

Is this HD Voice really that good? I mean, I'm sure you still remember the antennagate of iPhone 4 and will agree that a real crystal-clear voice communication still matters.
