ANybody know of an App that tracks phone calls and allows me to charge them to clients?

Welcome to the forum. I don't understand your question, you one to track a phone number to find it location? Or you want to track it while incall to know the time spent in call?

There is a reason why there is a post count restriction for links. It's to help prevent spam. Unfortunately it can sometimes cause spam due to users such as yourself requiring to get post counts up.
