I don't really understand either...
Mail push notification, I would do manually. See settings, notifications, I'm sure you can figure it out from there.
Um, with Facebook, I can't help. I've deleted my profile. Kinda sorta boycotting fb because people get so addicted to it their babies and/or children have died on account of said addiction. Don't believe me, look it up. Same goes with World of Warcraft.
I have no idea what WhatzApp is.
But anyway, go to settings, notifications ... Select the ones you want turn the notification on or off. Also select what kind of notification you want, ie alert, badge, ... You can change the sound of alert through Settings, sounds, scroll down and click on whatever you want a specific alert sound for then change it.
I'm sorry if this wasn't what you were looking for. If it wasn't, could you be a little more specific of what exactly you need help doing ie push mail, what is it and how do you change things. So on and so fourth.

Go to setting> mail, contacts, calendars> fetch new data> push ON/> fetch EVERY... /> advanced SELECT YOU MAIL ACCOUNT> push/
