Hey everyone, new poster here! Forgive me if there's already a few threads about this, but I was wondering if there's anyone who can recommend me a decent Apple phone for a tight budget? Something relatively small with MP3/music capability (with plenty of memory) and internet browsing.

well all of the iphones have everything you are asking for! I would go for the iphone 4 but wait until after the release of the iphone 5 because it will become cheaper then and has 16 and 32GB models..

The 3GS also could be worth looking into as they have a 8GB model also.
