Hello everyone; I'm hoping some of you will be able to help me solve some tech problems with my iPhone4... seems to have totally deleted the OS and it will not let me restore to factory settings.... the phone is currently a paperweight =(

My name is Mindy, this is the second iPhone I've owned in the last 2 years, never really had any major problems before now, and I am pretty good with tech stuff...

Have you tried to put your phone in DFU mode (hold home & lock buttons together for 10sec) then restore through iTunes?

Hi; my phone is now back at the "plug into iTunes" screen when I turn it on; I think I'm beyond the DFU mode.... I'll try it tho!

definately beyond DFU mode.... this is very frustrating!
