Welcome to the forum. You can do it easily by accessing the website from a computer. Go to your account setting and you have everything you need there.

Go to your user control panel from the menu at the top. Then choose edit avatar from the side menu.

From there you can use one of the supplied avatars from the list. Or you can use a custom one. Be sure to check the use custom avatar box and that it is within the maximum sizes...
