Help!!! Baffling sound issues. I suspect software problem... thoughts?? Help!!

OK guys... I'm really puzzle, and really annoyed...

I can hear..

Ringtones? Yes
Alarms for clock, texts, etc.? Yes
Touch clicking? Yes
Facetime audio? Yes
Speakerphone during calls? Yes
Audio from Games via headset? Yes
Audio from Music via headset? Yes
Audio from Video via headset? Yes
Also, when I record video, audio is recorded... (mic is working)

but...

Audio from Games via speaker? No
Audio from Music via speaker? No
Audio from Video via speaker? No

Thoughts? Is this something simple??? It just started happening out of the blue... very annoying!!!
