Help! Cant Jailbreak 4.3.2

Ok, so im trying to jailbreak my white iphone 4 with 4.3.2 I have this file iPhone3,1_4.3.2_8H7_Restore.ipsw and the new version on redsn0w redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc14 but it keeps telling me i have a unable to recognize specific IPSW whats the deal? Im going off this:

Nope, same issue with that one. Do i HAVE to restore the phone on my computer with itunes? Because this is my work computer im trying to do this on and i just installed itunes and it says it will delete everything if i restore it... I already have itunes with my other computer but didnt DL the programs because the internet is down.

I'm kinda new with jailbreaking too but I had some issues when jailbreaking my phone recently and some here gave me an updated DL link for redsnow rc16, looks newer than your redsnow rc14.

Let me know if that link doesn't work, I'm using my iPhone right now and might have not copied the link properly.
