HELP, iMessage and Facetime do not work, all it says is "Waiting for activation"

Well the title says it all, after coming home from Verizon I restored my new iPhone 5 from the backup I did on my iPhone 4 before swaping. Now that I restored it and all EVERYTHING works besides IMessage and Facetime, neither of them will "activate" Nor give me the option to try and sign in!!! Anyone please , help mee!!

You should call Verizon tech support from a phone other than your Iphone 5 and have them walk you through a reset.
