Help: IPhone 3GS iOS 4.1 to 5.0 / 5.1 / 5.1.1

Hi there! I'm having problems in trying to update my 3gs.. currently it's running in 4.1 and new BR, i always get stuck in error 3194. I edited the host file and got rid with 3194 but stuck with 1604 / 1601. I used snowbreeze and ireb5.. need help badly.. thanks
