Help Locating Software Installed via PC on Jail Broken Iphone 4 from Verizon

I have looked everywhere... No luck in locating the software that I uploaded... any help would be so greatly appreciated...
Also please forgive my ignorance regarding this issue.

I downloaded a Phone Monitoring software (and please no need for negative comments regarding law or morales etc)

Extracted all files copied to my Iphone 4 via the following...

Cydia used - Yes
Open SSH used - Yes
SBSettings used - Yes
Winter Board - Yes
Loaded with WinSCP

Loaded under a created file (CellControl.app) with octal value of 0755... which I created under Applications .BcJXxZ by way of the following...
Logged into the WinPCS tool... which ultimately had me starting at root... I clicked ** which is like hitting the back one page....
After that I clicked on Stash.... followed by the Applications.BcJXxZ file which is where I created the CellControl.app folder hence copying all of the files within... refreshed/restarted the IPHONE and searched everywhere and It is nowhere to be found...

Any assistance will be Greatly Greatly appreciated beyond belief..
