i have my i phone 4 was working normaly tel yesterday suddenly after finshing my call i pressed the button of sleep then i turned on the silent button then it appear dead i tried to charge it not responding and not recognized on my lap top and the screen is blak ...is the proplem in the screen or something in the systm please help mee

if your computer isnt reconizing the phone at all, even as being plugged into the USB port then its not the screen, its the hardware in the phone. Take it to apple.

Try soft reset, - press Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously, hold them pressed together and release when the apple appears. Take it to apple if it doesn't help.
