help new member volume too low cant hear caller

Hi just bought iphone 4 16g worked great for first couple of days then volume gone very low. when someone calls me i cant hear what they say ,even though the volume bar is on full volume .Can anyone help please. Regards Dee

Does it go in and out or happens only with certain people? Take it to apple.
