I got a FACTORY UNLOCKED (not jailbroken) IPHONE 4 imported from a different country!!!

i wanna ask that is it allowed by APPLE and will my phone get locked or something like that if i update it with itunes??

There will not be any problems when you update the phone software using iTunes.

I too have got iPhone 4 from Singapore (factory unlocked version) and use it in India with no problems. I connect it to iTunes quite often.
