Help to get restriction code back

The only way to get around that is going to be to restore the phone as a new device. you wont be able to restore to a previous backup because the backups save the passwords too so unless you have a backup from before you set the "Restriction Code" you'll have to restore the phone as a new device and start over.

the other option is if your jailbroken you can retrieve the password through SSH.
