Can Someone Please Direct Me To The Step By Step Directions (Instructions) And Files To Unlock A AT&T iphone 4 And Activate It To Verizon?

2 different types of phones altogether. One's a CDMA for Verizon and the other's a GSM For AT&T. They're incompatible.

A few of my colleagues believe that CDMA and GSM networks are interchangeable when unlocked. They don't get that the device is the dependency.
