Help with ading videos

Hi, I am trying to put an Mpeg4 onto my phone but can't seem to do it with Iplayer. I have created a playlist but when I try to add the video it wont let me. Is there a different way to do this or do I need to change the format of the file?

Any help is much appreciated.
