help with data network and mms

i have an iphone 4 and after i jailbroke it on 4.3.3 with pwnagetool i cant find the data network option to enter the apn configuration i have tried installing some apps from cydia like
t-mobile mms fix
t-mobile ios4 mms fix
with no luck any help will be appreciated

Go to setting> general> network> cellular data network. There u will find the settings for the mms.
