HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with itunes

every time i try to sync my phone with itunes it goes into "not responding" mode. i have rebooted and rebooted and rebooted over and over and over and unistalled itunes and reinstalled


HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have no idea how to boot in recovery mode. i just kept rebooting more and more and over and over and it FINALLY worked. i think steve jobs designed this to be a pita on a pc.
