help with news stand app

I have the cnn app and also my local news paper app that I would like to put into my news stand app to help reduce the number of apps on my phone. I hold down the app until it shakes then when I try to add an app to the news stand it moves out of the way. All I do is chase it around the screen. can anyone help?

You cannot put apps into the Newsstand app. All you can do with Newsstand is read magazine or newspaper subscriptions through it. If you already have an app, that's what you use to read, not Newsstand.

You may want to get with the publishers of the apps to see if there is a way you can swap over to us Newsstand, but that's the only way.

you just get your mags and papers on your iOS device. You would only be able to read them on your device
