Help with SIRI..........

So Siri has worked for 2 years since I had my phone, all of a sudden this AM, she stopped working. She cant hear me, however all other apps can hear me just fine. HELP !!

Is the device connected to the internet? I believe Siri needs internet access in order to work.

My Siri stopped working for me a couple of months ago as I was meeting a friend at a mall that has an Apple Store. Never even saw a Genius, the greeter looked at my phone and saw a game program was messing up and making lots of code, she erased something in diagnostics, we rebooted and Siri came to life. I do not know more than that but if that doesn't give you enough clues to remedy it, then I hope you can run into an Apple Store.

I'd try a reboot. If that doesn't work, Settings/Reset/Reset All Settings

And as @ardchoille points out, make sure you have Internet service, because Siri will not work without it.
