1 week ago five persons with knives stole me my iphone 4 but i have the serial number and imei number

if any 1 know any solution please help me

i have been in the police station to find them but notting ,suggest ne what to do or how to find my iphone

You can't do anything. Unless you had Find my iphone enabled and the perps don't know to turn it off...unlikely.
Sorry... was it insured? Believe it or not, my homeowner's insurance will cover my phone if it's stolen. They won't cover it if it lost though.
