HELPP!!!! Will switching my iphones 4s logic board bring my bricked phone to life ?

Hi guys, I recently updated my iphone 4s to 6.0 and got unknown error-1 on itunes and my question is will buying a logic board on ebay that is working, replace it with my bricked or damaged board will work?????
Not your advice???

A baseband chipset alone would do since bricked iPhones are almost always from a baseband problem
