hey im roopak from india ...and one of my friend in u.s came to india after his job work and he bought an i phone 4 for me and i were supposed to use it with the turbo sim bcoz it is not an factory unlocked piece ....my mobile getting switched off often and starting again (resprint) and even i cant use with turbo sim ...can anyone place an idea what i must do ??? with tis problem ???

Take pictures of the state and condition, the box and the phone, and what happens when you turn it on.
Contact Apple US/Other countries, and send them the phone, with your adress on it, so they can send back a replacement. Factory Unlocked
Or go to a Phone shop and Unlock the phone.
