Hi I am new!

Hi I am new.
I used an Iphone 3 a while ago but find the itunes not really great and switched to android.
I am willing to change back to an Iphone 5C because of the size and excelent IOS but really need to know something about a bad esn.
I live in Europe, and posted a question about this.
Hopefully people will help out a dutchy
