If metro use sim cards then you can use the gsm version of iPhone. Welcome and enjoy the forum.

Im not sure but Ill find out. I want to buy an iphone but dont want any contract and cheapo service. I basically just want the device and make and receive calls. If you know off hand any cheap services in florida let me know. My brother is a mac head and is the only person i know thats computer savvy but he's never around and a hassle talking to him. thanx a lot.
