Rumors are heating up with the rumored Apple iPhone event stated for September 10th. Apple is expected to release two new devices; the iPhone 5S and the cheaper iPhone 5C. According to recent reports, Apple is switching things up and adding a third color to the iPhone 5S lineup and that color is gold/champagne. On the other hand, Apple's iPhone answer to emerging markets is the iPhone 5C, expected to come in multiple colors, similar to the iPod Touch line. While champagne is something out of left field, the color is extremely popular in many countries, such as India, and will most likely make a huge splash.
AppAdvice's Dom Esposito got his hands on an alleged blue iPhone 5C shell and a champagne iPhone 5S shell. Esposito managed to post a high definition video of the parts, comparing them to the current iPhone 5. The video does justice and goes into great detail covering every single inch of the future device pieces. The parts are on par with previous leaks and while the iPhone 5S is expected to hold the same design as it's predecessor, there is a larger hole on the back for where dual-LED flash is rumored. Esposito did however note that the font on the back of both shells is a bit thinner than the font we currently see on 2012 devices.
