Home button double tap

Since update to 8.0 when I try to close an app it reads as a double tap and shows all the open apps. Sometimes it just pops back to the same app & sometimes not. I hit the home button again to get back to the app ten hit it again to close it. Didn't used to do that.

Before 8.0.2 mine did this. Now it is fine.

I just did 8.02 so maybe mine will be ok too. Looks like it so far.

Well, I thought the update fixed it but, not. Do I need to see a tech at the Genius bar? My phone is about a year & a half old now.

Ok finally, it looks like the 8.1 update has corrected all these issues. No more double-tap from a single tap. It was software related after all.
