Yes, same as the camera being replaceable. To make a long story short... every part of the iPhone is replaceable.

If you have a reputable repair shop do the work and order the part.... you're looking at $75+ USD. If you purchase and install it yourself you can get away for less that $50 USD. I always recommend purchasing parts from iFixit.com. They're a little more pricy that the eBay knock-offs... but come w/ a 6 month guarantee!!

If you are still under warranty, then take it to Apple store and they will replace the iPhone for you.

Or you can just turn on assistive touch if your running IOS5 it works better than that cydia tweek.
