How can upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0.1

I have an Iphone 4 FW 4.0 jailbroken, and I've tried several times to upgrade to 4.0.1 via iTunes (DFU,Shift,restore,ipsw 4.0.1) but there is no way to update. There is always error 3194!!!
What I do wrong???

i think the problem is that you are kinda late, apple already stopped signing the 4.0.1 FW for the iphone, i guess your only choice, is stay where youre at, go to 4.0.2 or get on the new 4.1 fw early or just wait till the 8th and get it via itunes
