JailbreakMe stopped working in 4.3.4. You can either use Redsn0w or Absinthe to jailbreak a 4S on 5.1.1, you cannot do it from the device itself though, you must do it from your computer.

Redsn0w is faster than absinthe and it's a one click jailbreak too!
