How do I make push faster?

I do usability testing for websites, and they will send me an email when there is a new test. So i may get "walmart wants 8 testers to review their websites" but if I dont respond within like 2 minutes, people have taken the job. Anyways, I finally set it up with the mail app for push notifications, but the first test since I set up was sent, but it was 7 minutes late. Not bad, but still not as fast as I want it. Anyways, is there an app that I can fetch mail on the minute, or is there an email website that is known for having fast push servers. thanks!

If your jailbroken you can install a free tweak called PushMod....it allows push options of 1,3,5 and 10 mins
